I'm a Social Worker and Infant & Family Sleep Educator. That means I look at the whole picture - your child's temperament, your mental health, your relationship, your values, your capacity right now. Not just the sleep.
I don't use sleep training. No controlled crying, no timed checks, no cry-it-out dressed up in softer language. I also won't tell you to just "ride it out" and hope for the best.
What I will do is help you understand what's actually going on, why it makes sense, and what you can realistically do about it - without sacrificing your child's emotional safety or your own sanity.
Most of my clients come to me after they've already tried the generic advice. They know their situation is more complex than a wake window chart can fix. They're right.
