Hi, I’m Fiona.

I don’t believe in perfect parenting (because, it’s a trap & doesn’t exist), but I do believe in feeling good about how you’re raising your kiddos.
I created Mama Matters because I was sick of seeing mothers forced to choose between training their babies or martyring themselves.

I combine clinical experience, attachment psychology, and a healthy dose of lived experience to help you find the middle ground - where everyone gets more sleep, you find your confidence, and no one cries alone.
